Program Description

My Parts Outlet operates a text messaging program to send customers order confirmations, shipping updates, tracking notifications, new inventory alerts, and promotional offers for European auto parts. Messages are sent from +1 (424) 378-0643.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages in two ways:

  1. Website checkout: During checkout at mypartsoutlet.com, you will see two optional SMS consent checkboxes (both unchecked by default):
    • "I agree to receive transactional SMS from My Parts Outlet regarding order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out."
    • "I agree to receive promotional SMS from My Parts Outlet about deals, new inventory, and special offers. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out."
    You must actively check the relevant box(es) to opt in.
  2. Text keyword: Text PARTS to +1 (424) 378-0643 from your mobile phone. You will receive a confirmation message once enrolled.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your order activity and promotional campaigns. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month for promotional content, plus transactional messages for each order you place.

How to Opt Out

Text STOP to +1 (424) 378-0643 at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You can re-subscribe at any time by texting START.
