By accessing or using mypartsoutlet.com (the "Site"), placing an order, or submitting a part request, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. My Parts is operated by AzTech Innovations Group and is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion. Product descriptions, images, and fitment information are provided in good faith but may contain errors. We are not liable for typographical or photographic inaccuracies.

Condition descriptions (New, Remanufactured, Pre-Owned OEM, Pre-Owned — Excellent, Pre-Owned — Good, Pre-Owned — Fair) reflect our assessment at the time of listing. Pre-owned parts show normal signs of use consistent with their grade.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

Warranty add-ons are optional and must be selected at checkout. Warranty coverage cannot be added after an order is placed.

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed through Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at contactmypartsoutlet@gmail.com if you need to make changes to an unshipped order.

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Items requiring freight shipping will be clearly marked and carry a flat freight rate. Freight deliveries require a valid delivery address accessible by standard freight carriers.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If you purchased a 1-Year Warranty at checkout, you are eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the part must be defective or not as described. Contact us at contactmypartsoutlet@gmail.com with your order number to initiate the process.

If no warranty was purchased, all sales are final. We encourage you to verify fitment and ask any questions before purchasing.

Where a 1-Year Warranty is purchased at checkout, My Parts will provide a free replacement part if the purchased item is found to be defective within 12 months of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, modification, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted to contactmypartsoutlet@gmail.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Parts sold without a warranty add-on carry no implied warranty beyond what is required by applicable law.

Submitting a part request does not constitute a purchase or a binding agreement. Part requests are handled on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantee that a requested part will be sourced, available, or offered at any particular price.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from My Parts, you agree to receive promotional and transactional text messages at the phone number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. We will not sell your phone number to third parties.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of My Parts or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the Site, including but not limited to vehicle damage resulting from improper installation of parts. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

You are responsible for verifying that any part is compatible with your specific vehicle before installation. We strongly recommend professional installation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
